What happens when a couple of #girlbosses get together to rock an event bringing awareness to curves in the workplace? MAGIC! I had such a blast co-hosting the Sip.Shop.Give event this weekend with Laura of Oh Wize One. From the moment we met, I knew we would work together on a project in the future, and there was no better choice then having a casual shopping event to help women feel more comfortable in their bodies in the workplace. Laura and I both were gifted these great looks from Eloquii to wear to the event. I must say, we do patterns justice baby!

My blogger boo Alysse of Ready to Stare stopped in to play dress up with us! We all put on a little sparkle in this great Holiday look. Let's just say, we definitely felt like Dreamgirls! 

Let's face it, there is a level of anxiety that many women face when dressing professionally, yet expressing their personality in the workplace. Whether it's in an office setting, or out in the field, women with curves are constantly challenged to find work attire that is on-trend. That's why brands like Eloquii are so important. They've created a space for the plus size woman who wants quality, expressive and dare I say sexy clothing?! It's no surprise that I love this brand. So when I had the opportunity to jump in on this hosting gig with Laura-it was a no-brainer. We laughed, did a few makeovers and sipped a little Prosecco. Eloquii was kind enough to provide yummy treats for our guests! Love was clearly in the room- not only for Eloquii, but Dress for Success Columbus. This amazing organization does remarkable things in their community. If you are in need of an interview look or mentorship, they have you covered. It's important to give back to organizations that give back to YOUR community! Donate your brand new or gently used clothing to them today! P.S. Curvy clothing and wide fit shoes are always needed....so please add those too!
