I was so excited to find this AMAZING dress to wear that gave my body shape, and was a little bit sexy (just a little bit.) Hey, when it's 90 degrees out, and the sun is shining, you have to show a little shoulder!

I found this little gem at Target y'all! This off-the-shoulder number is a piece from their Who What Wear collection. If you haven't shopped it already, you need to! So many great finds, most under $50! I snagged this dress for $30!!! Talk about the look for less! I always say it doesn't take a gazillion dollars to look put together.
