Green without Envy

Hello all! What a day it has been! There is so much going on in this world! I hope my blog gives you a couple of minutes out of the day where you can just relax and smile. As most of you know, I'm such an advocate for #bodypositive posts and blogs. It is vital that we change the conversation about ourselves as women and support our differences! Now, in the spirit of coming together, can we all agree on how amazing this skirt is?

I loved the color, but wearing green can be tricky. Come on, how many times have you seen green and thought CHRISTMAS? Well not with this skirt. It's from one of my fav shops Eloquii. If you don't shop there yet, you need to! I have found the quality to be pretty fantastic for the prices and they are always running a promotion. Win-win!

Nude shoes are a great accessory to have in your closet. I have heard some fashion gurus say find a nude that is closest to your skin tone, but I do all shades of nudes. The point is to draw the eye back up to the outfit...so just keep that in mind when selecting.

Natural hair, don't care! This is the wash and go look people...and I love it!

I found these great earrings in the bottom of my jewelry drawer! I've had them for years! The accent of green in them really tied this look together, and didn't overshadow my black textured top.
